Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shabnam Zaveri, an online e-learning platform for bakery and related services, having its office at having its office at Baba Saheb Gawede Institute,5th floor,Mumbai Central East. on its own and on behalf its affiliates state that they are the original authors and publishers of this refund and cancellation policy updated on the website https://shabnamzaverimakeupacademy.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

Refund policy:

We understand that you would have subscribed/paid for the course on the website for learning purpose and there are at times chances that you would have not liked the course or the course was less than your expectation. We would like to state that the course was designed after proper research and all efforts are taken to make the learning experience worth the money. However, in case of dissatisfaction while using the course, we regret to inform you that we do not have 100% refund policy. 

We understand your concern and we are open to all criticism that will help us improve the course and modules for our prospective customer. To address the issues, we can consider the refund percentage after analysing the reasons for refund and cancellation. Subject to the approval of the management and reasons stated, we shall revert back to all the queries within 15 days. If there is an established case of refund, we shall intimate you the same and the refund will be initiated within 30 days to the mode of payment used while buying the course module.

The mode of refund will be by way of credit to the original mode of payment – Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet. Please allow 5 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation of Account: The users are free to cancel or deactivate the account associated with Shabnam Zaveri and no cancellation charges shall be levied for the same. If the account is deactivated due to any other reasons, then reactivation will be done only at the sole discretion of Shabnam Zaveri after proper due-diligence and investigation. Please note that your withdrawal of consent or cancellation of account may result in Shabnam Zaveri being unable to provide you with its Services or to terminate any existing relationship Shabnam Zaveri may have with you.

• Procedure of Cancellation: 

1. If the customer has paid for a course and desires to cancel the course after buying it, then, it cannot be cancelled as of now.

1. There are times when Shabnam Zaveri would voluntarily cancel the Services due to infringement issues on the part of the students/customers, in such cases, the same shall be intimated to the customers and in case of any refund it will be initiated within 72 hours.
